Both Mast Road Apartments are located on the west side of campus right off Main St. Our Dover Road Apartment, located on 9 Dover Rd in Durham's Historical District, is located near the heart of Durham, adjacent to many storefront shops and eateries.

275, 279, & 277 Mast Road are located on the west side of campus just past the horse stables at UNH and not too far from the Gables. Mast Road is the first cross street you come to once you have passed the field house. The apartments are an easy walk to campus and the site is also served by the UNH shuttle bus service which runs every 8 minutes during the school year.

9 Dover Road: this converted former single family house is located on the corner of Bay Road and Rt. 108, just past the Gibbs( Sunoco) Gas Station in Durham, NH. It is on the left side of the road when driving towards Dover and an easy walk to campus.
